If a player is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned in accordance with applicable regulations.
By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. jph8 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts that do not meet these requirements.
To access jph8 services, you must register a single personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active jph8 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
jph8 is required to verify the identity of all players in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in restrictions on withdrawals or account suspension. jph8 will not process withdrawal requests until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jph8 account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify jph8 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. jph8 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
jph8 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). jph8 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your jph8 account balance in real time upon successful processing. jph8 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Players may set voluntary deposit limits on their jph8 accounts as part of our responsible gaming tools. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase takes effect. Requests to decrease a deposit limit take effect immediately.
jph8 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All deposits are subject to monitoring in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. jph8 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for any deposit and to delay or refuse processing of deposits that cannot be satisfactorily verified.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. jph8 targets GCash and PayMaya withdrawal processing within approximately 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one to three business days.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:
jph8 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, jph8 will notify the player and may request additional documentation before processing the withdrawal.
jph8 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus-derived funds remain locked and cannot be withdrawn.
jph8 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements, colluding with other players, and exploiting technical errors. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their account suspended, all bonuses forfeited, and any winnings derived from abusive play voided.
jph8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of their opt-in, except where modification is required by applicable law or regulation.
All games available on the jph8 platform — including live casino games, slots, and RNG-based table games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined by these certified systems and are not influenced by jph8 or any third party.
Each game on the jph8 platform has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. In the event of a discrepancy between a game's displayed result and the server-side record, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative.
Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game, jph8 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers placed during that round to the players' accounts. jph8 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jph8 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any jph8 content without prior written authorization from jph8.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jph8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the jph8 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
jph8's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the jph8 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jph8 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jph8 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the platform.
jph8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the jph8 Privacy Policy.
jph8 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Personal data may be shared with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and payment processors where required by law or necessary for the operation of the platform.
jph8 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent notice on the jph8 platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulation.
Your continued use of the jph8 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the jph8 platform and may request closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
You may close your jph8 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
jph8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory bodies.
